JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - DUTCH/FRENCH/ENGLISH - GERMAN IS A PLUS - NEW

You will assist several Lawyers as follows: Agenda management and follow-up of deadlines. Handling of internal and external correspondence. Screening of telephone calls and follow-up. Proofreading and format documents (Word, PowerPoint, ...). Preparation of presentations for internal meetings, clients and seminars. Organization and preparation of meetings. Keep client files up-to-date (paper and electronic filing). Input time-sheets and close client files. Keep client data up-to-date in clients' database.

Bachelor Degree Management Assistant/Office Management or Masters Degree Translator or Interpreter. Very good MS Office skills. Able to put priorities, accurate, good communication skills at all levels (clients, colleagues, lawyers, partners). Adaptable, discrete.

IMPORTANT EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION, BASED 1040 BRUSSELS, IS LOOKING FOR:

EXTERNAL RELATIONS OFFICER - GERMAN/ENGLISH AT MOTHER TONGUE LEVEL - NEW

Duties will cover aspects ranging from communication management to management of speakers at international conferences to recruitment of new members. Drafting and preparing of external communication materials for the Association in English and German (including but not limited to brochures, promotional materials, annual reports, reports, position papers, newsletters, letters, briefings and other material). Conference content organization (conceptual development of business programme, speakers invitations and briefings, presentations, etc.). Recruitment of new members and relationship management with existing members. Website and social medial planning and updating. Providing general assistance to the members of the Association (dealing with requests) and responding to external requests for information. Other ad-hoc duties related to the effective functioning of the secretariat of the Association. Excellent drafting skills are needed, communication and diplomacy skills with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
